Do you schedule cleaning appointments on Saturdays or holidays?
Yes, we offer cleaning appointments on Saturdays and holidays if scheduled in advance. There may be additional fees for these appointments.
How do I know I can trust having your cleaners in my home?
We do our best to vet every employee since we want honest and reliable employees to work for our company and with our clients. During the hiring process we do a background check, a drug test, personally communicate with three personal and three business references, contact past employers, and ask tough questions to get to know the person we are considering. If everything checks out, they become part of our Get Cleaned! team.
What if I am not happy with the quality of the cleaning at the end of the appointment?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your cleaning, we will return to make it right within 24 hours.
Can I schedule the same house cleaner each time?
Yes. However, there will be times your house cleaner is sick or on vacation and you will have the option to use someone else if available.
Is tipping allowed at the appointment?
Yes. You are welcome to tip your cleaner for excellent work.
Can you clean if I am not home?
We ask that you be available on our first visit to your home so we can do a walkthrough with you. Once we have completed that and agree on the tasks, your cleaner will begin the work. As long as you have given instructions to the office on how to lock up your home, you are welcome to leave. You do not have to be home on future appointments unless you have additional tasks that must be explained in person.
I do not want any toxic chemicals in my home. What type of products do you use?
For the most part we use non-toxic chemicals, as we want to keep our cleaners and our clients safe. However, there are times when green products just do not get the job done. If circumstances require a disinfectant, we can bring product with us or you can provide us with any or all products you want us to use in your home.
What happens if something is damaged by the cleaners while in my home?
We are fully insured with The Hartford Insurance. Our cleaners are trained to report any damage they see before they start cleaning an area and to report and photograph anything they may damage. If you find something has happened during the cleaning appointment, please notify our office.
What if I want more than just cleaning services? Does your company organize spaces or sort and purge closets or cabinets?
Great question. The answer is no, our cleaners are trained to clean and do it well. However, Get Cleaned! is owned and managed by our Affiliate, Get Organized!, and they are the experts in professional organizing services, packing and unpacking, and so much more.
