Lorraine Brock Owner
Having an entrepreneurial spirit, Lorraine is not a newcomer to starting and managing a business. In 2007 she founded Get Organized!, a professional organizing company serving the DFW area. Although the initial focus was residential organizing, it quickly bloomed into a full service company offering packing, unpacking, downsizing, IT and Photo Organizing Services, and In-Home Christmas Decorating Services.
Through her personal experience over the years, Lorraine took note of what she and others struggled to find in a cleaning company or individual cleaner. Consumers look for reliability, great communication, and attention to detail when cleaning their home. Lorraine decided to build a company that would provide this high level of service through organized processes and training her employees to pay attention to the details most important to their clients.
Lorraine envisioned a complementary business package to not only get her clients organized, but clean and organized. While Get Organized! and Get Cleaned! are two different companies, they are both owned and operated by Lorraine and her staff. This gives Get Cleaned! the unique opportunity to utilize the strengths of a successful company and provide organized, detailed, and reliable service.

On a personal note, Lorraine has been married to her high school sweetheart since graduating high school. They have three grown sons and multiple grandkids. Lorraine loves spending her free time with her best friend, her husband, trying new experiences and loves being around her family. She loves to laugh, camp, and bake, and has a deep desire to pour Godly wisdom into the lives of people who are going through personal struggles. Lorraine loves the Lord Jesus and is active in her church planning marriage retreats, lay counseling families, and leading women's Bible study groups.
Nikki Green
Nikki Green Office Manager
As the Office Manager for Get Cleaned!, Nikki wears many hats to meet our clients’ needs. She began her training by learning the high-level, detailed cleaning process used by our Pro Cleaners through hands on experience. It is important to our company that our administrative staff understands the level of cleaning we expect for our clients. Nikki is certified as a Pro Cleaner, worked face-to-face with clients, and has had a part in making our clients’ experience far above your average cleaning service.
Nikki, like our clients, enjoys the feeling of coming home to a beautifully clean space. She compares it to a breath of fresh air on a spring day. It is gratifying to receive feedback from clients that their stress just melted away when they walked into their clean home.
With decades of involvement in customer service, Nikki loves the details of administrative work and prides herself on excellent communication skills. Clear communication sets appropriate expectations and the ability to meet the expectations leads to happy clients. Nikki desires to create such a great client experience that one-time clients will become repeat clients.
Nikki is well known in her family circles for her extensive planning abilities. She is a firm believer in Ben Franklin’s famous quote, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.”
Born and raised in Garland, Texas, her first move was to South Carolina with her newly wedded husband who was placed on active duty in the U.S. Air Force. During their time on base, she worked on the housekeeping staff at the military hospital until they were blessed with the happy news they would be starting a family. Upon their return to Texas in 1998, Nikki served in various administrative positions and soon began a career in aviation insurance, where she thrived for nearly 20 years. As a military wife, there were times when her husband was deployed that she would have to take charge of all household and parenting duties. She kept the home running smoothly while also remaining focused on her career. Her years of experience and multitasking abilities, coupled with her easy-going personality, make her transition to Get Cleaned! a natural fit.
Nikki is the mother of two grown children and a loving wife of 27 years. She enjoys quality time with family, travel to new places, staying involved in her church, and has a tender heart for animals and the military (though not necessarily in that order).
Julie Hyatt
Julie Hyatt Social Media Coordinator
As Social Media Coordinator, Julie specializes in creating brand awareness for Get Cleaned! and developing positive interaction between our company and our devoted fans. Her career background is in Library Science, and she holds a Masters of Library and Information Science from the iSchool at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Julie worked in several capacities in libraries until transitioning to part-time work with GC! She has experience with marketing, management, editing, and community engagement and her library background makes her well-suited to finding and sourcing information online for others. As a wife and a mother of three boys (twins and a singleton), she developed a passion for using organization, simplicity, and resourcefulness to manage the chaos of everyday life for her family.
Julie is very interested in the practical ways information access changes lives and in addition, how organization impacts quality of life. She combines these interests to broaden the social media reach of Get Cleaned!, helping others discover the joys of organization.
She is originally from St. Louis, MO, and graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL with a bachelor’s in English Literature. She may or may not be found rearranging bathroom cabinets for family in her free time. She also enjoys running, going to concerts, and eating tacos.
